Percentage or flat — always spelled out
Percentage commissions
Most VOZRA products pay a percentage of the plan price the customer actually pays. VCE and ShepherdOne pay 20%; Klasentra and VOZRA Knowledge Commerce pay 15%. On a $100 monthly plan, 20% means $20.00 for you every time that payment succeeds.
Flat commissions
Select campaigns and promotions may offer a fixed bounty per qualified referral instead of a percentage. When a flat rate applies, the amount is shown clearly in your dashboard before you share the link — never a surprise after the fact.
One-time or recurring — understand the difference
One-time commission
Paid once on the first successful payment. This cadence applies to flat-bounty campaigns and any product where the customer pays a single, non-recurring fee.
Example: a $50 flat bounty pays once when a referred customer completes their first qualifying payment.
Recurring commission
Paid on every successful renewal while the referred customer stays subscribed. This is the default for all four current VOZRA products.
Example: 20% of a $100 monthly plan pays $20.00 each month, for as long as that customer remains subscribed.

Rates apply to successful payments from qualified referrals. Commission rates can change with notice; the rate in your dashboard at the time of a referral applies to that referral.

Refunds and chargebacks reverse commissions. If a payment that generated commission is refunded or charged back, the related commission is deducted or held until the matter is resolved.
