Getting started
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining VOZRA Partners is completely free. There are no setup fees, no membership fees and no minimums to hit before you can start referring.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few days. Once a decision is made, you'll receive an email confirmation. Approved partners can generate links immediately.
Do I need a website to become a partner?
No. You can promote using social media, WhatsApp, email, your own storefront page, or any legitimate channel where your audience trusts you. A website helps, but it's not required.
Can I promote multiple products?
Yes. One partner account gives you access to all VOZRA products — VCE, Klasentra, ShepherdOne and VOZRA Knowledge Commerce — each with its own link and tracking.
Do you provide marketing assets?
Yes. Approved partners get access to banners, copy, logos and video assets so you can promote quickly and stay on-brand.
How do I create my partner account?
Create a free account at /register, then submit the short partner application. Once approved, your dashboard unlocks with links and tracking.
Earning & payouts
How do commissions work?
You earn a percentage of the plan price each time a referred customer completes a successful payment. Rates are 20% for VCE and ShepherdOne, and 15% for Klasentra and VOZRA Knowledge Commerce.
What is the holding period?
After a payment is received, the commission enters a short pending state. This holding period protects against refunds and chargebacks before the commission is approved for payout.
When do I get paid?
Commissions move from pending to approved, then payable, then paid. Once a commission is payable, it's included in your next scheduled payout run. You can track every step in your dashboard.
What payout methods are available?
We support bank transfer, PayPal, Wise and Nigeria bank transfers. You choose your preferred payout method in your dashboard.
Do recurring commissions really keep paying?
Yes. For as long as a referred customer stays subscribed, you earn your commission on every successful renewal payment. One good referral can pay you every month.
What about taxes?
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings in your jurisdiction. VOZRA does not provide tax advice; consult a professional if you're unsure.
Attribution & tracking
How does attribution work?
The first qualified partner wins. If a customer engages with multiple partner links, the first partner who creates a qualified referral receives the commission, within a 30-day window from the click.
What if someone clears their cookies?
Attribution is saved to the customer's account at signup, not just a browser cookie. Your referral remains protected even if they clear cookies or switch devices.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion requires two things: the referred customer signs up, and that customer completes a successful payment. Refunds and chargebacks can reverse the related commission.
What happens if a referral is refunded?
If a payment that generated commission is refunded or charged back, the related commission is deducted or held until the matter is resolved.
Can I track clicks and conversions?
Yes. Your dashboard shows clicks, leads, conversions and commissions for every product, along with the full payout lifecycle for each commission.
What is my partner storefront?
It's a personal public page with your recommended products and links. Use it in social bios, email signatures and anywhere you want a single, clean destination.
